The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a thriving portfolio of residential developments across Surrey/Sussex. This is a critical role for a player-coach who can balance the commercial health of a live site with the strategic demands of a busy tendering desk.

Unlike stop-gap roles, we are looking for a commercial professional who values stability and project ownership. You will be joining a team with a significant pipeline in these projects, offering the chance to see major schemes through from tender to final account.

Core Responsibilities
