Job Description

                    To prepare pre-project budget and regularly review and update management on the budget cost during implementation of the project to ensure cost within budget for the project 
Prepare Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers/ main contractor for related deliverable. 
To prepare the submission of interim progress claim and ensure work been certified timely and accurately by client/ main contractor through site valuation 
Prepare claims for monthly submission, prepare certificate for sub-contractors as well as verify claims form suppliers. 
Assist, prepare and monitor progress claim and payment 
To attend site meeting as and when required by management 
To prepare taking off quantity, liaise with consultants and sub-contractors, source for quotation, purchase order and etc 
Forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project 
Able to handle tendering matter/e-perolehan or etc
