Job Description

• Prepare and analyse cost comparison..
• Providing information of all the contract documents, correspondence and other information to ensure a proper performance of contractual obligations.
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
• Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively.
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• All other QS related job

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Min 3 years and above experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor in main-con companies
