Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims.
• Lead the preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts.
• Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by senior management.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Lead the preparation and submission of variation orders, claims, and EOT requests.
• Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
