SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description: Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for construction projects Obtain quotations, liaise, and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers Responsible for quantity take-offs and measurements Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and manage sub-contractor payments Perform all other QS-related duties as assigned Job Requirements: Degree in Building or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with main-contractor firms Strong track record in contract negotiation, administration, and handling variation orders Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proactive, analytical, and an excellent problem-solver A strong team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
