Job Summary

Assist the Contract Manager in managing all project costs from initial estimates through to final account settlement, ensuring strict budget adherence and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts to support accurate financial planning and project execution
• Monitor project expenditures continuously to ensure alignment with established financial goals and budgets
• Source and evaluate contractors and suppliers by managing tender invitations and conducting thorough bid assessments
