Senior/ Quantity Surveyor (Building Projects) – Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd

Location: Singapore, Kallang

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payments, variation orders and finalization of accounts
• Liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying
• 2-5 years’ relevant experience with building and civil engineering projects
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
