Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for all cost and contractual issues on Main contract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project.

A summary of the responsibilities for this position is, and not limited to, as follows:

• Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
• Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
• Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts
• Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
• Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
• Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
