Senior Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in building construction firm.
• PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in Cubicost 5D BIM Cost (Gloden) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers or project’s team.
• Attend meetings - Site meeting/visit, Tender interview.
• Taking off quantities, sourcing sub‑contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison.
• Evaluate Main Contract/ Sub‑Contract works.
• Tendering and project documents administration.
