Gauteng, Gauteng420,000 - 480,000 (Benefits)A growing construction company is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects across civil works, service station developments, and maintenance projects throughout the Western Cape.

5–10 years' Quantity Surveying experience

Relevant QS qualification (Degree or National Diploma)

Strong BOQ, tendering, and cost control experience

Solid knowledge of JBCC contracts

Experience within building and civil construction

Service station or petroleum project experience advantageous

Prepare and manage BOQs, tenders, and estimates

Monitor project costs and profitability

Administer contracts and manage JBCC requirements

Evaluate variations, claims, and project valuations

Work independently across multiple projects

Support project delivery from tender to final account
