About The Role
Overview:
Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our cost management team. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of cost consultancy services on high-value construction projects across sectors such as data centres, healthcare, commercial, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties for complex projects.
Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and feasibility studies at various design stages.
Lead tendering and procurement processes, including BOQ production and bid evaluations.
Conduct value engineering, risk assessments, and cost control strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
