Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage correspondence with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes / claims.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
• Support the evaluation and communication of project variations.
• Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments.
• Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes.
• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
• Work experiences as Quantity Surveyor for construction related projects.
