Lead the commercial management of assigned work packages on the HS2 Calvert project

Administer contracts in line with NEC (ECC) forms, ensuring compliance and best practice

Prepare, manage, and agree applications for payment, valuations, and final accounts

Manage compensation events, early warnings, and change control procedures

Develop and maintain cost forecasts, budgets, and CVRs

Provide accurate and timely commercial reporting to senior project stakeholders

Procure and manage subcontractors, including negotiation of terms and conditions
