Senior R2R Accountant

Your Tasks

As a Senior R2R Accountant, you are responsible for the accurate, timely, and complete execution of the Record-to-Report process within MediaMarkt BeNeLux. You play a key role in month-end and year-end closings, consolidations, external reporting, and audit preparation.

You work closely with the Finance Manager and act as a subject-matter expert and sparring partner in the areas of accounting, consolidation, and reporting. In addition, you actively contribute to process improvements and the further professionalization of the R2R domain, with end-to-end responsibility for assigned R2R processes, including functional coordination of Global Business Shared Service counterparts (Barcelona) and monitoring of quality and timelines.
