Senior RCM Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end RCM processes, including patient registration, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
• Verify the patient's case from insurance.
• Analyze and manage claim denials, rejections, and appeals to reduce outstanding AR.
• Implement strategies to minimize denials and improve cash flow.
• Ensure proper coding practices (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) are followed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Keep updated with US healthcare policies and payer regulations.
• Implement internal audits to maintain accuracy in billing and coding.
• Work closely with clients to address billing concerns and improve service quality.
• Generate reports on revenue trends, AR aging, and collection rates.
