Senior RCM Specialist

Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end RCM processes, including patient registration, charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up.
Verify the patient's case from insurance.
Analyze and manage claim denials, rejections, and appeals to reduce outstanding AR.
Implement strategies to minimize denials and improve cash flow.
Ensure proper coding practices (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) are followed.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer-specific guidelines.
Keep updated with US healthcare policies and payer regulations.
Implement internal audits to maintain accuracy in billing and coding.
Work closely with clients to address billing concerns and improve service quality.
Generate reports on revenue trends, AR aging, and collection rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Minimum 5 years' experience in RCM
Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing processes
