Senior R&D Chef

AIKON Food Corp is seeking a commercially strategic Senior R&D Chef to lead centralized product innovation and commissary system development across our growing food brands.

This role goes beyond recipe development. You won't just create dishes. You will build the system behind the brand.

Lead Corporate Product Innovation

• Drive end to end product development (concept> pilot> rollout)
• Develop scalable, commissary-ready recipes using gram-based systems
• Reformulate existing SKUs to improve profitability and operational efficiency
