Senior R&D Chemist / Technical Manager

Company Background
We are a drymix manufacturer in johor, Malaysia, currently specializing in skimcoat products. As part of our expansion, we are building in-house technical capability to develop new drymix products such as tile adhesive, stopping compound, and other drymix based construction materials.
This role is critical to the company and will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership , including product development, quality control, and certification.

1️⃣ Product R&D & Formulation (Core Responsibility)
Independently develop and improve drymix formulations including:
Skimcoat
Tile adhesive
Stopping compound
Other drymix products

Optimize formulations for:
Performance
Cost efficiency
Consistency and manufacturability

Conduct laboratory trials, scale-up testing, production trials and resolve technical issues
