Senior Real Estate Advisor

The Real Estate Advisor is responsible for identifying new sales leads, scheduling site visits, and participating in fairs, presentations, and exhibitions to promote sales revenue for Porini Point off plan residential developments at Tatu City. Additionally, this role involves supporting the Sales Director in executing objectives, strategies, and action plans to enhance the sales earnings of Porini Point residential developments at Tatu City.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with buyers and providing them with details of all Porini Point residential developments inter alia price, size and location
Prospecting, originating and closing sales
Building a good knowledge of the property market both at the local and international levels and providing clients with required information to influence purchase decisions
Assisting the Sales Director in planning and coordinating open days or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales
