Senior Real Estate Investment & Execution Lead

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced real estate investment professional in Singapore to report directly to the CIO. The successful candidate will be tasked with originating, underwriting, structuring, and closing transactions independently, as well as mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include sourcing investment opportunities, conducting market analysis, leading financial modeling, and supporting capital raising efforts. Ideal candidates will have 8-12 years in private equity real estate or investment banking with demonstrable deal execution experience.
