Senior Real Estate Law Clerk
Salary: Up to $80K

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle residential real estate files from start to finish (purchase, sale, refi, private lending)

Prepare various requests for discharges, postponements, informations statements, tax certificates, etc.

Prepare and complete final reports to lenders and clients Directly communicates with lenders, clients, municipalities, other lawyer’s offices etc.

Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files, assist with submitting executed documents
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in real estate law within a law firm environment

A post-secondary diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program, or equivalent years of experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Drive
