Castaneda & Co. is a boutique real estate litigation firm based in Silicon Valley, focused on high‑stakes residential purchase disputes (non‑disclosure, fraud, broker negligence) and commercial lease matters across California.

We are seeking a Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney (7+ years) to join our fully remote team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases from start to finish , enjoys legal writing and strategy, and is looking to continue developing their skills in a focused litigation practice.

This is a results‑oriented role with a high level of independence. We value attorneys who are proactive, communicative, and take ownership of their work, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
