Senior Real Estate Transaction Manager

SUMMARY

The Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for an assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement. The Senior Transaction Manager role is responsible for leading, directing and motivating team members assigned to the managed portfolio.

At this position level: Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume.
