Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Receptionist at The Northcliff Hotel, located in Johannesburg. The Senior Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting and assisting guests, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.
