Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johannesburg for a Senior Receptionist. The Senior Receptionist will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and oversee reception area operations. Additional responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere, coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also require ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and supporting other team members as needed.
