Job Description
Enhance recovery support for adults facing mental illness with Footprints as a Senior Recovery Facilitator. This full-time role focuses on person-centered care in the West End community.
As part of Footprints' Recovery and Wellness Program, you will work with individuals at risk of homelessness, employing tailored psychosocial strategies for wellbeing. The position requires a strong commitment to collaborative care, coordinating with Queensland Health and local services. You will conduct needs assessments and crisis management while promoting independence and stability.
