This role supports high‑tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments.
Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
