Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven track record recruiting candidates for creative agencies. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for creative, strategy, client services, and production roles within fast-paced, culture-driven agency environments. The ideal candidate understands how creative agencies operate, how talent directly impacts client delivery, and how to evaluate both creative excellence and cultural alignment. Success in this role is measured by quality of hire, speed, stakeholder confidence, and candidate experience.
