Senior Recruiter - GTM (Mexico)

About the team As a Senior Recruiter supporting Zillow’s Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you’ll play a critical role in building the talent that drives revenue, customer growth, and market expansion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with GTM leadership to deliver strong hiring outcomes while continuously improving hiring strategies, processes, and candidate experience at scale.
About the role
This role operates at a strategic level, owning end-to-end recruiting across complex GTM roles while advising senior leaders on talent strategy and market dynamics. You will manage the full hiring lifecycle—from intake through offer—while influencing hiring decisions, improving processes, and mentoring others on the team.
