Senior Recruiter & HR Generalist - High-Volume, In-Office

Surgo PTY Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruiter & HR Generalist in Cape Town to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR functions. This full-time role involves delivering 20-40 hires monthly while ensuring an effective onboarding process and workforce management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, a formal HR qualification, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and South African labor legislation is essential.

Salary is between R15,000 and R25,000, depending on experience. This is an in-office position.
