Senior Recruiter

Location: Kolkata Company: Edward Food Research & Analysis Centre (EFRAC)
Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Edward Food Research & Analysis Centre (EFRAC) is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can independently drive hiring across our Food, Pharma and Environmental Testing divisions.
This is not a support HR role. We need someone who can own recruitment strategy, understand technical laboratory profiles, and deliver quality hires in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, scientific, plant and corporate roles
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and direct outreach
Conduct structured screening discussions to assess communication, stability and technical relevance
Coordinate closely with Lab Heads, QA Managers, Operations, Auditors and Leadership
Partner with external consultants for niche and urgent mandates
