About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT / Non-IT Recruiter based in the Philippines to support end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in remote hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term growth and exposure to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
Handle IT requirements (Developers, System Admin, Support Engineers, Cloud, etc.) and Non-IT roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Admin, etc.)
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and database search
