Senior Recruiter

Overview

T he Senior Recruiter is a true strategic business partner to our hiring teams, with the ability to utilize recruitment expertise to effectively partner with managers across assigned departments in proactively sourcing, attracting and hiring the best qualified talent. This role may have specific focus areas, so the Recruiter will need to have solid experience in one or more of the following: financial auditing, technical recruiting, campus recruiting and building relationships with relevant schools, healthcare industry experience, and/or high-volume recruiting.   This role will focus on local recruiting for our Mexico City office as well as recruiting for roles in the US.
