Quick Rundown: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success across the Franchise Office. This role drives talent acquisition through strategic workforce planning, traditional and creative sourcing methods, and strong partnership with leadership and hiring managers. In addition to full-cycle recruitment, the Senior Recruiter plays a key role in staff onboarding and integration, ensuring new hires transition smoothly from offer acceptance through their early stages of employment. This position is critical in maintaining high-quality hiring standards, compliance, and a positive candidate and employee experience particularly within a healthcare-focused environment.
