Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who can own end-to-end recruitment and consistently deliver quality hires at scale. This role requires strong sourcing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will be responsible for driving recruitment for key roles, managing pipelines, partnering with operations leaders, and ensuring hiring targets are met without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer coordination
• Consistently deliver qualified candidates aligned with role requirements and company standards
• Actively source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Maintain and manage active talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles
