Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Acquisition : Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for a wide range of banking positions across front, middle, and back office.
• Stakeholder Management : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring recruitment needs are met with high-quality talent in a timely manner.
