Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 4–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
- 2–3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience in recruitment
- Strong background in high-volume, corporate, and executive hiring
- Proven experience in managing sourcing strategies, recruiters, and hiring metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- Salary: ₱50,000 per month (adjustable based on experience and exposure)
- Willing to work in Quezon City (Sto. Domingo area)
- Willing to work 48 hours per week
- Hybrid work arrangement
