Job Title: Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Partner

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time

Reporting Line: Talent Acquisition Lead

Shift Timings: Candidates should be comfortable working in the US/Canada Eastern Time Zone (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST during the initial training phase; 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST post-training).

Working Days: Monday to Friday (fixed weekends off – Saturday and Sunday).
