Description
s:1. Perform recruitment activities in accordance with company’s internal hiring process and procedures. These activities include job advertising, CV screening, candidate interviewing, candidates selecting & ranking, interviews arranging, offer negotiating, offer approval, candidate’s reference checking, candidate’s on boarding and termination, etc.
2. Deliver weekly recruitment status report and other reports on time and accurately
3. Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database and standardize job description for all positions
4. Recommend changes by evaluating external market conditions and internal employee turnover trends
5. Manage and develop different channel for talent acquisition covering different level vacancies like campus recruitment, experienced hiring, mass recruitment, etc.
6. Provide professional and effective HR support to above human resources activities and programs but not limited to those listed
