As we continue to expand our Recruiting team, we are seeking a Singapore Recruiter to strengthen and elevate our recruiting capabilities across Singapore and Taiwan, with a primary focus on supporting Molex Business.
This role plays a critical part in advancing the Koch Recruiting Vision by delivering high-impact, value-driven recruiting solutions to Koch companies. You will be responsible for shaping and executing recruiting strategies, partnering closely with business and HR stakeholders, and driving innovation across the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle. In addition to hands-on recruiting, this role will lead regional initiatives and contribute thought leadership to continuously improve how we attract and engage top talent.
