Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a highly execution-focused Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to own end-to-end hiring for revenue-critical and operational roles supporting U.S. business.

This is a hands-on recruiting role , not an HR generalist position. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent while partnering closely with U.S.-based leaders.
