Akima is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to support multiple Operating Companies across our federal government contracting portfolio. This position is primarily remote within commutable distance of Herndon, Virginia, with occasional travel and on-site attendance required for leadership meetings, hiring events, training, and business needs. The Senior Recruiting Manager will lead full life cycle recruiting efforts across a diverse portfolio of positions, including but not limited to executive leadership, cleared professionals, information technology, mission support, systems engineering, corporate, and operations roles.
