• Candidate must be graduate of Psychology . BSBA major in Human Resources Management
• with at leastv3 years of experience
• capable handling and managing a team
• Should have have expectional oral and written communication skills
• With strong leadership skills
• Amendable to travel and work on-site in Ortigas Pasig City

Responsibilities

• hiring Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Demosntrate the end to end recruitment process ( Sourcing up Deployment)
• Coach and mentor recruitment team in order to deliver targets in efficiency and timely Manner
• Manage internal Trackers and Database
