Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client contact through calls and visits to establish strong relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their job requirements and candidate preferences.
- Compile candidates’ reports and summarize data gathered to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Interact with and assess applicants using pre-determined criteria to determine their potential suitability for the job.
- Conduct general interviews with job seekers to create a pool of candidates ready to fill vacancies.
- Manage candidates’ expectations, ensure they are realistic, and provide advice whenever necessary.
