What You’ll Do

• Identify, hire, and train the next generation of A-player recruiters.
• Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies for niche markets, ensuring we stay ahead of trends.
• Lead from the front by securing mandates with clients.

Who You Are

• Minimally 3-5 years of relevant agency experience.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act & labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self driven and independent, able to work well in a team
