Senior Recruitment Specialist (BOG)

Position Summary  Horatio is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Specialist to help direct our Bogota-based talent acquisition team.

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing strategic hiring initiatives across all job levels and ensuring that our recruitment efforts remain in lockstep with the company's broader goals.

This is an on-site role in Bogota.

Responsibilities: Support the Recruitment Manager in overseeing the department, directing workflows to hit team objectives, and fostering a collaborative, high-engagement work environment.

Be responsible for tracking individual and departmental KPIs, managing the team's budget, and maintaining all required recruitment trackers.

Maintain excellent collaboration and working relationships with support areas.
