Senior Recruitment Specialist

Our client is looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join their team. This role will support high-volume corporate and operational recruitment throughout Canada and the United States. The position sits within the People & Culture team and works closely with operational leadership to ensure projects are properly staffed with skilled craft professionals, project leaders, and construction management talent. This is not a purely administrative recruitment role. It’s a hands-on position where the successful recruiter will be responsible for managing multiple searches at once, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering directly with operational leaders to support project delivery across multiple regions.
