Job Description

• Sourcing & Sifting.
• Advertise and generate leads for client requirements effectively from different sourcing channels such as free and paid portals, website and social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram etc.
• Conduct remote or virtual interview with candidates to fulfill open positions.
• Manage clients and candidates effectively.
• Meet or exceed individual target in a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
• Minimum of at least 1 year experience in end to end recruitment handling volume hiring, corporate or technical roles
• Must have experience in doing sourcing from free and paid sourcing platforms and social media such as -Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, Instragram etc.
• Must have experience in working with KPIs, targets, quota or deadlines
