Senior Regional Fragrance Development Manager

Main Duties: Drive the growth of the fragrance business across Asian markets by leading the development and execution of an impactful, category-spanning fragrance strategy. Be a key role within the Global Creative Centers network while leading and inspiring the regional FDM team to deliver innovative and market-relevant solutions. Other Duties: Collaborate with the Creative Team of Perfumers and FDMs in diverse projects for all product categories for Asian markets. Coordinate with other departments on specific needs on briefs: Sales, Perfumers, Marketing, R&D and Regulatory. Mentoring and leading the FDM team in Asia.
Work closely and collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on specific clients visits and events. Develop a good olfactive understanding of each market's needs and the different brands to help build better and stronger client intimacy.
