Senior Regulatory Accountant

**Job Summary**

The Senior Regulatory Accountant files reports and submits payments to federal and state agencies to ensure compliance with rules and regulations within the framework of Continental Resources, Inc.’s policies and procedures. This role provides support as required to other groups inside the company to ensure the overall success of our operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Prepares reports for filing with state and federal agencies, accurately and timely.
+ Gathers information needed for regulatory filings and compliance.
+ Develops Excel spreadsheets for automation of regulatory processes.
+ Researches documents and stays current regarding regulatory requirements.
+ Actively engages and leads regulatory discussions.
+ Provides weekly updates to team members.
+ Reconciles all GL accounts assigned.
